It can't be a loan because he was released by Charlton in the summer.

 

Based on his often promising displays in his short time with us, particularly Accy away last season, it's good to have him back.

Sodje is a much better player, as is Luke and Charlie.

What about Jamie Darvill? When he came off the bench against Halifax last season he looked very useful. Decisions decisions.

Not sure how you can say for sure that Luke is better than Ekoku after three games of the season, of which Ekoku missed one and appeared only briefly in another.

Although I have great belief in Luke Moores ability, he hasn't exactly set the World on fire....... yet.

I think your dismisal of Ekoku is total rubbish. What makes you think he isn't up to Conference standard? While I would agree he doesn't appear to have a change of pace like Charlie for example, he seems to take up good positions in the box and holds the ball up well. In other words he gives us attacking options. If you can get into goalscoring positions, you're halfway to becoming a goalscorer!

You also have to remember that he has had a chest infection, which can't be helping if your at a new club, keen to make an impression.

Give him a chance before you slag him off.

The re-signing of Sodje is a bonus but I remember a conversation I had with a player no longer at the club last season which worries me a bit as he said that Sodje is difficult to play alongside as he didn't always play to the teams requirements. Lets hope he becomes more of a team player as he gains experience.

Like Moore AND Ekoku I think L.D has made an astute signing and as long as one of them comes up with the goods its going to be good for the club!
