From the BBC website, another one of our former players playing at the top level soon ?

 

"Motherwell will sign defender Danny Murphy on a pre-contract agreement after Cork City rejected their £10,000 offfer and the 23-year-old will move to Fir Park in January. (Daily Express)"

Well done Danny. I have followed his time at Cork via there web site. He was a big loss to us when he moved to Ireland.

Fair play to him.

 

Must admit, he never particularly impressed me as anything more than 'capable' in our heady conference days, and when Porter went to cover at left back late that season, he was infinately better.
