Coffin Ender
Impressed with the new-look Kingsbury tonight. Broxbourne took the lead in the first half but Kingsbury soon levelled. Second half they tore the visitors apart. They passed the ball around well. Hardy Pinto Moreitz seems like a player to keep an eye on.

Rhodes
AWK - Thanks for putting the scores up, you've had a terrible start to the campaign haven't you.
KTFCSC
Great start to the season. Determined, willing to play football and pacy up front - characteristics that haven't been associated with Kingsbury for some time. Bring on Langford!
GRS67
Fcuck me!!!! I said Kingsbury would either be crap or good. Seems like they may be the latter. Very interesting, I take it that most if not all the team are from London Tigers? Are there any Kingsbury players left from last season?. Well this blows everything open, Broxbourne are supposed to be one of the front runners. I will have a much better idea a week on Saturday when we go to Kingsbury. They really is an excellent win, maybe Broxboroblue can tell us more when he posts.
Horace
You think he's going to post after that result? Where did the crowd of 58 come from?
Coffin Ender
On first sight last night I was a bit worried for Kingsbury as their players seemed so slight (I would imagine it is the Tigers team, I think they only had one white player last night). Non-league teams are usually filled with big beefy blokes who can hoof it a long way. However, their skill levels were excellent. They were passing the ball around with ease - no aimless punts into the 'channels'. Whether they can sustain this kind of performance week-in, week-out and win the league, I don't know. I am not a regular watcher of SSML football so I am not really in a position to say. However, I certainly think they will be a big unknown quantity. GRS67
Unknown quantity is what they are. I heard they are all somalian or something, and that the crowd is made up of friends and families. I can't see them getting any local support if thats the case. If their players as you say are small but skillful I wonder how they will react when faced with the more physical sides in this divison of which there are plenty. Also once the pitches get heavy, they may not be able to stroke the ball around as well. You need skill, but you also need brawn, and unless they have that, they are going to get knocked down. Still, fair play to them, excellent opening result, and I am looking forward to our 'derby' with them next week.
GRS67
Kingsbury London Tigers Kingsbury London Tigers F.C. are a football club based in Kingsbury, London, England. They were formed in 2006 by a merger of Kingsbury Town F.C. and London Tigers F.C. They are currently members of the Spartan South Midlands Football League Premier Division. Kingsbury Town FC were established in 1919 and were founder members of the London Spartan League in the 1975-76 season. London Tigers is a community led youth & sports charity organisation established in 1986. They are based in the City of Westminster, although working across the London Boroughs of Camden, Brent, Ealing, Harrow and Tower Hamlets. London Tigers motto is, "...creating opportunities, to fulfill their dreams!" am delighted to congratulate everyone associated with the London Tigers on a successful year... and wholeheartedly support your work to widen opportunities for young people from Asian and other minority ethnic communities across London through sport. The very best of luck for the coming year. The Rt Hon Charles Clarke MP Home Secretary ... This merger could actually work out very well for Kingsbury, I hear a new smart website is in the pipeline, and that the games will be promoted a lot more. I can't help thinking though that Kingsbury Town have gone forever, and that this is the London Tigers, fast tracking up the pyrimid from the Middx league. As I said, whether the locals will come and watch of asian/ somalian players I am not so sure. Their crowds will not doubt rise but thas because their friends and familles will be at the games. I dont mean that to sound racist, but I wonder how the very few hardcore Kingsbury Town fans feel about the merger, as there are so few its hard to judge. ORACLE
Strange result, they must have improved since Edgware reserves played them, although I agree Moreitz looks usefull. Edgware under 18's beat their youth team 2-1 in a friendly at the White Lion last night. Good game watched by quite a crowd.

BBFC11
Morning all, not gonna hide away, i have been talking us up for ages now and we didn't produce last night. We started very well passing the ball r=around got a goal, then nearly scored from which kinsbury broke down the pitch and scored. then the second half started we just didn't really come out, had alot of teh play but 3 individual errors cost us and kingsbury caught us on the brake 3 time scored 3 goals. i wouldn't say they are a great side but got alot of pace of the counter attack. one thing i have to say is they are a bunch of diving [****!!****], sometimes they would be screaming on the floor before we evne put the tackle in..... overall we made them look good, they wont be up there. AND YES WE WILL STILL WIN THE LEAGUE.

Coffin Ender
BBB, noticed in last night's programme that Martin Buglione was listed as one of your coaches. As a Margate fan this interests me as Bugsy is our all time record goalscorer! (He also played for St Johnstone in the mid-90s). However, I didn't see him last night. Do you know if it is the same guy? Unusual name so I guess it must be.
NeutralFan
what this 'before we've even put the tackle in' (note spelling corrections) You've never tackled in your life!! HTFCOne.. they'll be having mid table six pointers while we're having bottom of the table six pointers with Haringey the way things are looking.... It doesn't and it was not a racsit remark, just that some of the locals may feel exlculed if the club is solely asian run.
