He turned up at Coles Park, admitedly a little wet behind the ears, thinking it was White Hart Lane (the famous one) and I managed to sweet talk him into staying and playing for Haringey Borough, not that they appreciated him whilst he was there. I can see why he would want to stay at Haringey rather than Tottenham must have been your fantastic fairytale storys Or Perhaps he had found his true level <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/bigshock.gif" alt="" />
Rhodes
Maldini - No not fairy stories, just the opposite infact, Haringey Borough weren't interested in progression and don't want success for some strange and sinister reason when the potential at Coles Park is frightening. Kentish Town however do and it's no coincidence that we will be top of the table this evening if other results go our way and we are on the back pages of every local rag in north London, we got more coverage than Arsenal in the Islington Gazette the other week and I am in the process of setting up a ground breaking partnership with our illustrious neighbours where we could end up groundsharing at Ashburton Grove next season. Keep that to yourself for now though.

Lato
its been a while since the great Domino got mentioned, and to sve his post toppling off the front page I thought I'd do so. He doesn't seem to be getting into the Hendon starting eleven much..any reason for that Rak? Are there just better players or is he a more effective substitute than starter? Rhodes
Paula - As we all know Lato has something against Takumi for some unknown reason, I also cannot work out why the Hendon Manager doesn't play him from the start and always brings him on ten minutes or so into the second half when they're usually two or three goals in arrears and there's little Takumi can do although he normally pulls a goal back with a thirty yard volley such as at Horsham or a Maradonna v England '86 style goal. Lato
Rhodes I have nothing against Takumi other than he goes down under a challenge far too easily which can from evidence alienante the opposition, officials and even his own team. Once again I suggest you read my previous posts on him when you will see I describe him as a skilful player. I have as you always point out only seen him play twice but based on your reams about him I was just curious and was asking Rak who is his team mate for any view on why he isn't playing frm the start. Football Man
Quote: Rhodes said: I also cannot work out why the Hendon Manager doesn't play him from the start Probably because he is a Ryman Premier manager who needs Ryman Premier players and "Domino" hasn't yet (and note the word "yet") proven himself to be a Ryman Premier player. The fact that he was taken under your wing when he first came to this country does not automatically make him as good as you have brainwashed yourself into believing. He needs to prove himself - and he will never do that convincingly until he learns to stop falling over.

I give Takumi till Christmas and he will probably be snapped up by a Conference South or Conference Club, I feel he's not being given a fair crack of the whip at Claremont Road and must be becomming a little disolusioned. RH1
Not sure why he doesn't get into the team. Wouldn't say it is to do with ability. Maybe more with tactics? or other more experienced personel? or another reason!
