Rhodes
Well again that's unfair, you have to admit they're good pics and here's another for luck.
GRS67
Good pics rhodes, is that Haringey boro last season? I did not know they wore Green like Edgware. Did you take those pics? I have not seen the player in action so can't comment. However, I did read that the goal he scored for Hendon against Hampton? I think has already become a contender for goal of the season!!!!! Rhodes
Gavin - Yes I thought you would appreciate the pics a lot more than others on here who shall remain nameless, they were taken by the local rags photographer who came down to Haringey on a regular basis just to take pics of Takumi. According to the league handbook Haringey are playing in yellow this season but if they still play in green then obviously a change will be required. Yes I heard about Takumi's goal against Hampton and his one last Friday at Horsham, to be honest I would be far more surprised if he didn't score from 30 yards out or bend one in from the corner flag. GRS67
If he is that good, he wont be at Hendon much longer. They look like they are going to struggle this season.
Rhodes
Gavin - Well I hope that won't be the case but they have lost their first three league games and I doubt it will be long before a Conference or a League Club will come sniffing at the door of Claremont Road, I just hope Hendon have had the sense to put him on a contract unlike Haringey Borough. GRS67
When will you be playing at Claremont road, what is the problem? is it the pitch or something else? Hendon are playing on it so it must be playable.
Lato
I'm surprised you could find that many pictures where Domino wasn't toppling. They are good pictures though I'll give you that Rhodes.
Rhodes
Thanks Lato, high praise indeed from someone who obviously takes a lot of impressing. You can see from the fourth and the fifth pics in particular how incredibly balanced Takumi is on the ball, like a ballet dancer infact, so obviously when the inevitable crunching tackle comes in, which is the only way to stop him, he is going to go down like a sack of spuds which has sadly given him this uncalled for reputation of being a 'son of Klinsmann'. Lato
Rhodes its comments like 'You can see from the fourth and the fifth pics in particular how incredibly balanced Takumi is on the ball, like a ballet dancer infact, so obviously when the inevitable crunching tackle comes in, which is the only way to stop him, he is going to go down like a sack of spuds which has sadly given him this uncalled for reputation of being a 'son of Klinsmann'" that irritate so much. Just leave people to judge the player for themselves and stop building him up so much.
Rhodes
Lato - I honestly can't see why you have such a bee in your bonnet about the comments I make on here about Takumi, Gavin for example hasn't had the privilege of seeing him play so I'm just enlightening him, and others, on what to expect when he eventually does. I think the pics also speak for themselves in terms of Takumi giving 110% commitment at all times despite not getting paid at Haringey Borough or even being offered a contract, I only hope that he's getting a few quid for his efforts at Hendon as, although money probably doesn't come into it as far as he's concerned, he's only living on a small student grant as far as I'm aware. Lato
no if you look carefully you can see that the player in the background has intent to foul him from his body shape alone, while the Haringey player behind him is already appealling for the free kick which he knows will arrive when Domino topples. And Rhodes to answer your question its because you make SO many comments everyone is getting fed up...ever heard the story of the boy who cried wolf? Rhodes
Lato - I have to say that I'm deeply hurt, my comments, as you call them, are perfectly serious and genuine and everyone on here knows full well that I have a strong knowledge of the beautiful game going back over 40 years. Like yourself I have seen many good players in that time, indeed I was brought up watching the Moore's, Bell's Charlton's, McLintock's, Hudson's, Currie's and Bests and Takumi, although obviously not in the same category of those just mentioned is still right up there and the frightening thing is that he's still improving, I think he's only 21. If you're good enough, you're old enough. All of those players you have mentioned were already at League clubs by the age of 21 and had all played a good many top flight matches by that age. "Domino" has not and that is not coincidence. It's nothing to do with him only being in the country for a couple of years either.

Rhodes give it a rest How can you even mention Tak in the same context as these great players You are talking out of your backside Wait and see if he can play at a higher level before spouting off, He is playing for a team that is near the bottom of the league perhaps he is not as good as you think
