A lot, lot better than Saturday, but that would not have been hard.

 

The two suspended players coming back in made a huge difference. Especially Dell who linked up well with McCleary on the right, while Jarvis was solid with Leach at the back.

 

We started off really well and dominated the first 25 minutes, with them looking awful. After Anny scored though they picked the game up and should have been level just before half time when Onochie missed a sitter.

 

Second-half we looked dangerous and Anny nipped in for a header similar to his first.

 

Harrow then had a lot of the ball, but we looked the most dangerous and more likely to add a third with the pace of Anny and Harris (on as sub).

 

All in all very encouraging - lets hope we can keep it up Saturday!

I thought it was a very good performance. The midfield worked much better with the four spread across all having good games. G was much happier in an advanced role and Dell impressed at right back. Jarvis had a good debut with some excellent crunching challenges. Leach and Woody also impressed. Ana did well got a bit of luck for the first goal which did his confidence a world of good. Darryl Harris came off the bench and showed plenty of pace and came close to scoring two excellent goals.

Much better tonight.4-4-2 looks very solid.Dell impressed tonight.He and G look a force down the right.Jarvis won the battle all night long and woody looked solid.BRING ON MARGATE....

That was a much better performance.

 

Defence had a couple of wobbles, but were in charge for most of the match.

 

Every player was up for the game.

 

I think that Harris and Ana (Anny, Adi - or what ever he wants to be called) made an extremely good partnership up front. Both have speed, and towards the end they seemed to instinctively know what each other was doing.

 

I also think that Leigh was probably my man of the match, although there were quite a few that could easily be it instead.

 

Let's have the same again at Margate. See you there.

We won quite a few away matches last season after absorbing a lot of pressure. Last night we dominated, and that was great to see. Was the far post header for the first goal from Adi, as the Harrow website says--I thought it was Jarvis, followed by a deflection (OG?). Very good performance all round.
