A mixture of both really, Beaumont actually try to knock it about & play in the right way.

Believe me they'll win a few before the seasons out. We struggled because we had 9 squad members out through injuries,holidays & work committments. Having said that we still should have put at least 3 easy chances away in the 1st half.

As regards to Alan, he's not on holiday, he's been working away in Ireland since April, hopefully he'll be back next month. Merce has just taken on a more hands on role to help me out while Al's away, & it's helping because most clubs would give their right arm for someone with his knowledge & experience.
