[color:"blue"]I too was mystified that at Worthing we didn't introduce a youngster after 80minutes (perhaps RT & MF thought we were still in danger - wasn't there so can't comment).

BTW I'm not suggesting they come on to turn a game, just to experience the pace and standard required of them. Better 10 mins here & there rather than an enforced full game as an untried starter surely?

I am confident that Robinson will cope well in this league. IMO he's better than what we had on the wing last season ie yiga!

On the subject of strikers I hope that we are in the market for a big lump to put away some of the excellent crosses that are being put in but not converted. Hopefully somebody with a bit of work rate too.

I still think the 'perfect player for us would be Warren Ryan-very versatile-decent in air and quick and was outstanding for us in centre defence for a few games last season.

 

Can play in midfield to give cover there, and also on wide left as 'striker' so you get 3 players for price of one, who can cover every position virtually and above all imo, the best player i have seen in a 'Gate shirt since Sam Sodge.

 

I'm sure RT can deal with any baggage he may have aswell-just wants managing
