Can we have more people singing with the choir as last season it became very poor and we only had about 10-20 fans singing. This season i want there to be so many more supporters getting behind the team by joining in vocaly. Lets create an imitating HDP for the opposition and surely it will pay off with results.

I was with the choir last season for a while but fearing a heart attack brought on by a sudden bout of enthusiastic drumming near to me without warning, Ive since avoided it. While it'd be great to rejoin the choir, Id rather not collapse on the terraces. It might not be the best publicity for Margate FC...

Yes a drum does seem to have status these days as most rhyman clubs have one. At one club last year there was a drummer, one in the chorus and a dog if i remember, 3 in all!. Trouble is at HP at the social end it reallys jarrs when under cover. I think its generally a good thing though.

Despite bordering on an age too rapidly approaching 'Old Git' and Boring ole F**t' status, i'd encourage perserverence with the drum.

Think its great, and if there's two of you, why not add a Horn aswell.

 

May even be argued that in the Ryman, that drum thumping on the terraces makes you a 'Proper' as opposed to a TinPot club.
