Well Unc, I know Hornchurch is in the general Romford/Esssex area, and you therefore probably all still wear your flares, and yes, it is quite permissible to wear them at our ground. We just don't recommned it, that's all.

 

If you do elect to wear your flares, it is very unlikely that there will be any fireworks.
