After several googles, I see where the name is connected to an agency, but never really get any confirmation to that.

 

Anway, this is a long (other side of the pond) lost friend. Louis once came to the states for football and school, returned home after his freshman year and did not return. Any information on how to get in touch with him would bo so greatly appreciated!
