Morning Krooner. How did the mighty Camberley look yesterday? Are bookham relegation candidates

Two decent forwards and a couple of good central midfielders. Not sure about relegation candidates, havent seen any other sides in the league yet.

And no Willo didnt notch, played well though, had two chances well saved that set up our 1st 2 goals. Probably should have had a pen too.

 

One question are all refs in this league more worried about back chat than tackles?

Don't think you will be seeing me on tuesday mate, Unless you are managing someone else as well as Camberley. Struggling with injuries at the moment so don't know when I will play for my beloved team. Mitch scoring again, he is on fire at the moment. Bedfont Green losing 3-0 was a surprise, they were very young and scared to tackle. Did not gel as a team and had too many people chasing the ball. Ash were the better side against Chertsey and now have to make them title favorites.

Biggest surprise for me was Cobham. Have heard they will struggle this year and that Egham would be up the top. Interesting one there.

thought it was a good game yesterday eventhough we lost<img src="/forum/images/graemlins/bawling.gif" alt="" /> Ur front two of Willo and Mitch played well and linked up very nicely i thought, should cause defences problems this year. They made the difference between the teams.

 

How did you think we played ??

 

I thought on the football side played slightly better than U but we were not alert enough in defence and Willo and Mitch where and that cost us 3 goal (and could have been more if not for our keeper) but we did create chances but lacked any decent finishes.

 

Cambo where better on the break and caused us problems especially in the second half, and defensively played solid.

 

Agreed you should have had a pen seen them given more than not. Better team on the day won but we have taken many positives out of our performance and with 2 center backs and a striker coming back from hols and injuries we should be stronger
