burnham friendly

we lost 2-1, they went 2-0 up within 15 minutes after half time, and jarvis scored for us.

cant single out anyone for individual moans, but the defending on the goals was very poor, but we created quite a few chances, but seemed to lack the ability to pull the trigger. jarvis had a very good game though.

couple of new lads on the bench, the number 14 for us looked very good upfront, dont know his name.

hi there all dave here

firstly im sorry if people thought i was moaning about the off side rule and missed chances but i felt if we do not try to encorage the team when they play well and evon when not and i feel slough have allways seembed to get cought by it and also miss chances reguly and could change the course of the game crutialy. sorry if people disagree with my comments at the game. i also have a lot to learn from this rule and somtimes get confused with some rules but with everthing things should turn out ok with practice as rules sometimes change reguly a bit.

also to reading rebel i hope your lift and local train back to reading and bus conection were ok and you got home safely.

and thanks to burnham fc had a great day

welcombing staff on gate

good drink and bar staff

felt relaxed in comfort

cheesburger well worth the wait and hunger attack lost quickly and staff again friendly.

feel relaxed after the good friendly workout to help both clubs.

chats with players from both sides in the ground and kind offer from mrs jarvis a lift to my mums to stop me being in the dark all night with a few creepy people poss lerking and to mums safely.

could not turn this offer down as they perhaps were happy to do a slight detour to get me home safely first.

the game itself was quite mixed but a fair result burnham playing well and slough showing some promise.

and mix of both sets of fans from both teams and my girlfeind joining me and the other more hardy fans for the leaflet run at slough high street.

and a roast chikin meal and time on the computer and the like at my mum and dads.

take care one and all up the rebels

a mix of good and bad times and maybe a rocky ride but stick my head out for mid table safety
