Not a bad game to be honest, very free flowing and some good football. Lovegrove, Mason and Glynn having good games.

 

Thatchams goals came from some slack defending, the first an undefended cross along the ground which could have been easily dealt with and cleared which was slotted in from close range. The 2nd coming from Daly getting muscled off the ball when trying to shield it off.

 

Sloughs goals from Mason and Moleski came close together. Masons a finish from 12 yards, Moleski's from a fantastic through ball and first time finish across goal.

I think we are really going to struggle to score goals this season and from what i've seen our defence it's going to leak goals like a sieve.

 

I've put us down to finnish next to bottom in the prediction league and I've seen nothing so far to change my mind.

STEVE DELL (Defender) Born: 06/02/80 Right back signed from Beaconsfield SYCOB in January 2006. As a youngster Dell was on the books of QPR but glandular fever cut short his Loftus Road career. He then found his way via Hayes to Beaconsfield. Three years ago Dell left the Rams for Wycombe Wanderers, quickly breaking into the first team, but was loaned out to Eastbourne Borough in December 2003 after failing to make an impression on new boss Tony Adams, and made the move a permanent one in February 2004. Also has experience with Hornchurch, Northwood, Cambridge City and Yeading.

steve was on a 15 month deal with us at maidenhead but for some reason asked to have it terminated.[rumour has it steve and carl had a big fall out]you have a very good player there.look after the lad......hope mattie is doing well for you guys too.
