Well with all those outlets Cookie covered I will have to make sure I print more posters from now on! Great to see the 'Gates games being advertised in local shops and pubs.

I noted that the Worthing programme devoted a simple quarter page to naming those establishments who regularly displayed a poster, ,so giving them a bit back ,and making it easier to persuade establishments to agree to display a poster.

(pretty good Programme aswell i thought)

Good thought Michael.I will list the names & pass them on to Steve Ball. Hopefully he will include those names.May indeed encourage others to take posters because of it.A very good idea. Thanks for that MM. Just so long as those that accepted a poster who ACTUALY displayed one are given the thanks for doing so and not the others.

Hence"KEEP THOSE EYES PEELED"& let me know if & when you can please if you see them or dont see them at places already mentioned previously.

I aint got time for that Michael, though wherever I gave a poster I did state that they would be advertised on our forum. That has been done & no-one complained,in fact they were more than happy to allow us to do so.So a mention in the programme shouldnt be a problem.Tough anyway as I shall be sorting that out anyway now the mention has come up. Free publicity!.What more could an establishment ask for!.Yes, you are more than right, probably,Michael in that they would agree & if they didnt they would be fools. Watch for Saturdays Programme!

n.b For those that gave out posters that I know not off can you please just mention those places on here for inclusion, but only if you actually know they are being displayed.Thank You & thank you Michael.Nice to see you again by the way!

More names to add,

Londi's Margate (near Royal British legion)

Barrats Premier shop (near Spread Eagle pub),

Margate Library,

Millmead Post office, Upper Dane Road,

Colemans Newsagents, Margate,

Place near Seldons pub, Margate High Street (the one with the dodgy ramp as you enter)

Londi's in Millmead refused one (she was pretty rude about it),

Albion Bookstore, previously named, has not put the poster in the window/door,

New Newsagents/convenience store in Margate High Street point blank refused a poster, even before he had seen what it was about.

Yes well done James. Now can you visit all those other places? Just joking. Cheers for that.

I have driven around a few places and HAVE seen quite a few up.So its not all bad.

All this knowledge helps when we distribute again to know just who does & dosent support their local football team. Thanks again & keep up the good work. All those you mention have been noted. Shame on them!

I think there more out there being shown than not being shown being shown so hopes are still high.If the team can keep winning that will take the pressure off us a bit with the posters though I am not saying DONT distribute them again. But those that DIDNT or WOULDNT display one, those places & the fact that they didnt show one will have been compensated somewhat by a winning result.Theres always other places we can try in the future. We can only do our best!

Maybe they are going to wash the windows. Cant have our poster get wet can we? l.o.l.

Win some, lose some JKM. They cant be forced to unfortunately.Others are still doing so though & those that dont display we will just have to find others that will to take their place.
