It was mentioned by a certain councillor James but later it was mentioned it was an error. Subsequent chats have confirmed what you have said that they HAVENT been seen by anyone. No,I wasnt expecting to hear from you but nice to anyway. See you Tuesday night. Cheers for confirming that Cookie. I should be there Tuesday. It looks like I wont be able to make as many games as last year but I should be able to make around half a dozen including both legs of the Ramsgate pairing.

I'm not saying the revised plans HAVENT been submitted but for whatever reason the council havent got around to seeing them yet. Rather strange I think...or is it?

I havent checked the UKPlanning website yet so I cant say. The Council might well have looked at them but its a big application with a lot going on so I wouldnt be too harsh on them if theres a delay. Of course, this wouldnt be necessary if the Board had put these plans up initially instead of going through with the plans they did last year, then proposing these...

 

Just remembered I havent renewed my MISA membership. Ill do that Tuesday as well.

Mr Maskell I would love to meet you on Tuesday night as you seem heavily involved with our local councillors as I was 25 years ago when I was Chairman of the Thanet Young Conservatives. Then the local councillors were a bunch of donkeys and in 25 years they have learnt nothing and act exactly the same.Self interest seems to rule then as now.

The most recent article there about the Last Resort film is a bit of a strange one. The Last Resort film was done years ago. I thought it was an alright film, certainly not as bad as some reviews made out.

The current film "Margate Exodus" being made by Channel 4 is about an evil politician who creates a shanty town out of Margate and forms a new town away from the centre. Of course it is fictional..........!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
