Kaiser - I double up on everything because I want as many people to read the forum as possible. I also do not begrudge a player trying to better themselves at a higher level, thats fair enough but when you name a team for a game and find out through the grapevine that the player you had named is off somewhere else its not right, a phone call or something would have been okay.

Is a member of Bowers and Pitsea FC talking to a player who has played every game for tilbury and played in every pre-season game.Asking them to come over, £50quid and boots cleaned before a recent game.Is that on the correct lines of transfer dealings? Is that something you discussed at meetings with your management team.
