BBFC11
Will be disapoited if we dont have maximum points after 3 games, Weds23rd-Kingsbury (A), sat26th-holmer Green (H), tues29th- haringey (H)
GRS67
So we start at home to Biggleswade utd, only game that day in the prem. Then away to colney heath, then a Saturday off ( I may pop down to see Kentish Town Rhodes) then home to Holmer green.. Colney heath could be intresting, I see they came up as champions and had a great record. Their first home game in the prem and our first away. NeutralFan
Holmer just announced new manager, ex Wycome Pro.. haven't got the name but's it's on Non League Dailey. BBB I think you should be happy with 6 points from those 3. Did you hear Judgo is the Potters Bar reserve team manager now, announced on their web site. BBFC11
nah not when we wanna win the league.... thats good new for him, at least he has got his foot in the door now. any winners at ascot?
NeutralFan
I just think you'll struggle at Kingsbury, other two you should take. You'd have to be happy with 7 points. I think it's a great chance for Lee to learn from a proven high quality coach in Andy Leese. Any player you speak to holds his coaching methods in very high regard. Ascot was an excellent day out but no winners I'm afraid. My old man on his first ever trip to the races had two good winners, one a 12/1 shot so he was happy!! Saw Kaine Lovett and Tom there. GRS67
just think you'll struggle at Kingsbury ... I guess that Kingsbury London Tigers to give them their full and stupid name maybe somewhat of an unknown this season. Not quite sure how the merger has panned out there, and whether or not LT have brought with them the majoirty of the new side. I heard that most of last seasons Kingsbury side have left, shame for them as they had a decent season by their standards.
Rhodes
Gavin - Just think you could be top of the League come the evening of 19 August, er then again so could Biggleswade United. Good to finally have the fixtures though so plans can be made and I hope you can make it down to Hendon on 26 August for our game with Buckingham Athletic although what are you doing on Wednesday 23 August when we're at home to Brache Sparta the night after you go to Colney Heath. Just a bit worried you might leave the country with that tenner you owe me, your bet is on anyway at 6/1.
GRS67
LOL, Rhodes, do I get a proper reciept for the tenner, just in case your decide to run off and buy Paula a Happy Meal from Mc Donalds <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> I saw that you were home on the wednesday, but I may pop along to Kingsbury to see the London Tigers LOL, as V&E are supposed to be one of the font runners, so check them both out. Sat 26th when you are at home, I could well pop down and check it out, as we dont have a game.
Rhodes
Yes of course I'll sort you out with a receipt for the bet although personally I don't think you will collect. I wouldn't dream of taking Paula for a MacDonalds or a Burger King, she deserves far better than that even if she is the first to admit to being an original ladette in the Sara Cox, Zoe Ball and Denise van Outen mould. she'll drink any of us under the table no problem. Rhodes
Interesting that there is a full programme of SSML Division 2 fixtures on Bank Holiday Monday all kicking off at 11.00 and no other SSML games that day, I bet our friend from The 61FC is delighted at having to go to Kent Athletic rather than putting his feet up at home or doing DIY. Also see that there is almost a full programme of Premier Division games the following evening so I may turn up at the White Lion and Edgware v Holmer Green if the drinks are on Gavin.
