We may well get a chance to see hime on Tuesday night as kentishfootball.co.uk say he has moved from Ramsgate to Chatham..........

Chatham Town manager Phil Miles has completed the signing of Ian Pulman from Ramsgate, writes Stephen McCartney.

The former Dartford striker/midfielder impressed for the Medway side last Saturday, setting up two of the three goals they scored at Herne Bay.

That prompted Miles to sign the player on non-contract terms last night.

Speaking in an EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW with www.kentishfootball.co.uk this morning, Miles hopes Pulman’s experience will benefit the Maidstone Road club.

He said: “He played against Herne Bay last week and he’s work-rate was excellent.

“He set up two goals. Basically he’s got the experience that we need up front.”

Pulam scored once in the Rams 3-0 win over Deal Town in midweek.

Miles, who signed teenage striker Rob Denness on a one-year contract recently, added: “We are looking to add one or two youngsters on contract.”

Chatham, preparing for life in Ryman League Division One South, travel to Thamesmead Town tomorrow. The game at Bayliss Avenue starts at 3pm.

I for one rated Pulman in the few outings he got at Margate so it will be interesting to see how he has come along.
