Carl McCluskey, used to play with him at Uxbridge. Not a bad player, smash him early on and he goes hiding, technically excellent though.

Sound just like BBB although he hasn't got the technical bit!

only go hiding when the def and mid decide that they wanna just smash the ball straight to the other team defence.

give me the ball and i will do damage....

I really can't see how you can justify your predictions when you know nothing about the sides you're going to be coming up against (ex Ryman 2 sides excepted)

Good point, I assume Gavin barely knows where Biggleswade, Holmer Green and Langford are let alone what is in store for Edgware when they go there. They can all be difficult sides to overcome particularly in their own back yards and on a freezing cold February evening.

Haringey included as well Rhodes... you never know what team is going to turn up. They'll beat league leaders one week and get stuffed by bottom side the next

....

Bring 'em all on, Edgware won't fear anyone this season. Oh and I do know the sides are, thanks to a map on the Edgware site that came from the another site.

You mean Edgware, no I don't but I'm not disputing they are one of the strong favourites for the league and wish them luck, Edgware, Hertford and to a lesser degree Kingsbury and Chalfont will be like a breath of fresh air this season as was the case with Oxford City last term.

I have already said that I cant really judge the quality of the league till I see the sides in action. That said, there seemed to be a lot of goals scored in the div last season, and a gulf between the decent sides and the poor sides.

I am taking into account that the ryman 2 sides were a bit stronger and that there wast not much between the top 10 or so clubs.

I dont see any reason not to go into this season with confidence at a high

I think most of the Hertford side have played in SSML at some time or other so will know the grounds and teams pretty well.

Noted, but I dont have some poxy sig at the bottom counting down the mins do I.

The title in the post is partly optimistic, and patly to stir things up. As long as I see a good season of football I will be happy.
