Really Sorry to hear about the injury Bob, I had a Hernia Operation myself so I kind of know the pain you are going through.

Hopefully you won't need an op? Have you seen a specialist yet?

hi malders, yeah saw him yesterday, basically said i have done 3 things, he named them but cant remember em!!! the only info i took in was that i can swim as of next week, week after hopefully go on the bike at the gym if i can get a full stretch, and if im luck i could be looking to fully train within 4 weeks!!! normally 6 weeks tho, so fingers crossed!
