I just wish one of them would stand up and be counted for once and stopping hiding behind that old chestnut - we might have a bad winter.. Cojones. Why nothing ABH or Boxing Day? Absolutely scandalous...

I agree that the bad winter excuse is getting a silly as most of us have decent grounds and only lose 1 - 2 games. Also like u say no bank holiday footie?! Where is the logic is that the clubs can make a few extra quid when there is a game on these days

ive just looked at the fixture lists for the whole season and there are only saturday games except for august.

 

kattyann i think it is a shame about bank holiday fixtures but i think a lot of the ESL clubs do not want to play on these days. im not sure but i think that maybe the case.

Smallsy cant play on bank holidays because thats when he has a trip to the seaside and enjoys an ice cream cone and a bottle of pop and has a go on the swings and maybe a donkey ride on the beach.
