Lambs punished for indiscipline

Tamworth will have to pay a £9,000 fine to the Football Association because of their poor discipline last season.

The Lambs were fined a total of £10,000 for their 2005/06 record, although £7,000 of that amount was suspended.

However, along with the remaining £3,000 from that figure, the FA panel invoked a £6,000 penalty from 2004/05 which had been suspended.

Meanwhile, the Lambs have signed former Dundee defender Graeme Law, 21, on a one-year contract.

Law, who signed for Dundee from York City in February, made just three appearances for the Scottish First Division club last season.
