Brook v Leverstock Green

Recommended Posts

we won 1-0 sat, very easy game if truth be told, if it had been for 3 points we could quite easily have pushed on and got more. Im a lot more happier with our squad now, we played some class football and kept the ball well.

leverstock were fairly average, nothing up front, wont do much this yr if they play like that!

i was MOM of course!

Bob Said i was MOM of course!

Congrats NB and Good morning.

Bookham lost 3-0 to Hillingdon, matched them for most of the game but gave the ball away too much, and errors led to 2 of their goals towards the end of the game.

Still first friendly and some good positives came out of it.

So how is the squad looking this year?
I heard you had lost some of your better players
ie Papali etc
Is Chris Fermie still with you?

at present we have lost our players player, craig vargas to hendon but hoping he may still return.... and papali played for hendon but wealdstone also interested, he wont come back i dont think

we have found 3 very good players and a few other that will add to our squad, we have a strong 11 but if injuries etc come in we would struggle

What about Fermie,I thought he looked class when I saw him last season.
If your injuries get to bad, I could always dust off the old Puma Kings, you might need some xl shorts though

Were losing 1-0 at Rayners Lane when game got abandoned.

Played well but had a centre forward who couldnt score in a brothel, as a team we must have missed 5 or 6 sitters. There not a bad side, they beat Hillingdon Borough last week and will do well next year. In all our keeper had 2 saves to make. Pleased though, we had 8 of the 11 under 20 and played some decent football.

Found Jonesy NB!!
