if it is true that we are after a keeper there is this keeper at qpr called jake cole who is being offered on loan and i think he is quite good

i dunno if we could afford him though but i know loads of clubs get loans of youth players from higher level clubs

we do not want chuck back that is 4 certain.

ive got nothing against ian gardiner i was just pointing out exactly what hammerman said.we only have 1 keeper and having someone from a bigger club on loan might be useful.

Look at the situation at Slough last season. We had a good keeper in Michael Parkin who broke into the first team ahead of Shaun Allaway. He had an indifferent start to the season and we got in Clark Masters on loan from Brentford for the season, and now a potentially very good keeper in Parkin has decided not to come back.

Whilst two keepers is ideal, you'll never keep one of them happy as you'll have an established first choice and who is going to want to sit on the bench for a season?

why not ask Ian he sat there for the last four games only last season when Drake was injured but continued to play reserves on Wednesdays and Spitall on Saturdays since DC only wanted out players on the bench, Im sure he will give his all to keep his place now that SL has given him some encouragement. Bunty thought him capable so why not ask Bunty to give him some G/K coaching.

Different managers different ideas, just remember Celini,Chuck, were given enough chances.

speaking to ian hes had no G/K coaching from anyone this season and would certainly like the oppotunity to be coached by Kevin or Bunty. With Drake not committed to WEFC Ian im sure would be ready if needed.

he was desperately needed and performed very well keeping Windsor in the game with some fine saves. Is Ian signed on by any chance as we cant let good kids go, Looking at his photo he must be still at school but i remember him with Mr Green.
