IMHO

We looked very slow and leaky at the back.

 

Midfield looked good and Glynn looked superb! As Liam and I agreed on form he could make the difference between us staying up or going down.

 

G Looked good as usual, but apart from him we looked inneffective up front despite scoring 3.

 

Maidenhead will struggle this year, i just hope we atre above them at the end.

so glynn has joined jarvo in playing for the 3 local teams (slough windsor and maidenhead!)!

Glynn certainly was very impressive. The midfield is comfortably our best department. Woody had a good game. But need a quicker centre half and I am not sure Smithy is a natural right wing back.

 

I think the defending will improve as they get to know each other better. It is up front I am worried about - I don't think G is an out and out forward and we could do with a thirty goal a season man to replace Hodgey. Hopefully this Football League Striker we are linked to will be that man.

hope you are well only problem late coming back from ware at enfild game. if anyone happy as late evening to bring me back to slough area if anyone happy to. i will prob get a late bus at 2300 or so if can get back otherwise miss last burnham train home about 0025. if anyone can help at this stage will be on here all eve proberbly and only if someone is happy. i plan to go up there myself sometime in the afternoon

hi there all i feel a bit embarised about asking and am not rearly sure where to meet someone and enjoy the evening.

 

also aparently looking at the map its prob too far from the station to walk to rearly for a friendly i feel i need to be sure i get there and back with definat arrangements and feel the kind offer is there

yes if this is ok jamie and not a problem where would be a chance to talk about any possabilitys of getting up there from best meeting space. i feel getting there and back may be ok and i might see my rebels play if not i feel maybe hold on until monday with beaconsfield not far away.

hope above and all are ok

due to diferent things im having to revise my pre season sceadule

 

1( tue 25th july poss chance with jarvo or another

but now looks unlikely as lots of people at work and maybe not to close or tempting to get to with driving through the smoke and the car park m25 does not bowed well but poss.

 

2( sat 29th defleeted and canceled after working out provisinol plans of journey ****canceled**** to fleet

 

3( mon 31st beaconsfield syc. free to ground by 74 arriva but alas no return journey but surely someone will get me home or on route after the game.

 

4( sat 5th aug team bath ** unable to make sadly due to family commitment at bournemouth with the family up there. may see a match if cherries have a fixture ** does anyone know.** if not a walk and relax on the beach and the like and see my family i have not seen for a while.

 

5( tue 8th thatchem town. should be great as on the main line. does anyone want to get well chuffed and join me on a train prob around 1700 and change reading ext. apperantly ground right next to train staition can't remember were but on website and must make this one surely how about others

or my local pub where i acaisonly go for the odd tipple bee pub is top of village burnham used to be crispin pub not far from the gore the blues ground

either would be fine 1600-1700 sometime considering the journey could be tight

 

which is best for you slough proberbly not sure

what would you do i have dificaulty communicating with any supporters and don'nt have full provisonal plans made so maybe once again the best choice is wait and see if any fans are going or take a chance and try to to go with are jamie or not. a bit unsure either way. somone like roy m bernard or chris. maybe lee mason or the like or travel with one or two supporters.

 

this is a dificult choice and don't blame anyone if not able to make this game at ware because of worries and may find it more comfortable waiting for mondays game not long though.

 

if i don't make it maybe somone who goes may be able to bring me back a team sheet or even a programe if there is one.

 

anyway the ink on my mums coputer may be low * joke* with all this stuff i have put down on here.

otherwise surely see some of you on monday night over at beaconsfield and surely get back to slough area somehow. note no late buses availible at time of press so if people can help evon though its the short straw maybe things could work out quite nicely with everyone as did rearlistcly feel also very hot weather forcast for the next few days starting from now and tommrow could be around 32-33 c and very warm and proberbly ok for the players later as surely cooler at around 1930 -2000 when the match will be comencing sometime then. forcast dry and warm evening. with poss of storms rumbeling late tue any time until thur ext but the nature of theae storms are hit and miss.

 

i remember i think we were playing whitny and los t 1-2 at thames old ground sorry my spelling awfall with sudenly after rumbles a big rain storm and all fans running for shelter to the bar and ground they used to have.

 

and the second one advised not to travel via london vairios circuit and signal failures someware on most lines when it was a friendy gave up when all trains were stcking up too and from paddington ext ext i think i can't recall the score.

 

anyway little chance but possobilites tommrow if they sneek through early or atall in next few days
