I reckon he has the potential to be the best, I am already starting to get my favourites!!

He is indeed quality, fitted in very well in the couple of games he played for the first X1 last season.

So far, I reckon the remaining three places will be taken by Bourne, Rossett and probably Charlie Parker unless another trialist really impresses like Reade.

I know John Batch has said he would run with a squad of 20 but if the player is worth it and there`s money available i would have thought he could add 1 or 2 to that number.

I think there will be more then 3 new signing to come, some of the lads that have played pre season so far will probably stay and play in the reserves and hope to break into the first team..

 

Im hoping that we sign an experienced keeper, Ricky has good potential but i feel he could learn from having an experienced head around him..

 

I thought the tall guy who played central midfield against BTFC looked very good..

Well we don't know who will be snapped up so some Reserves from last year might not make the First XI and will stay in the Reserves.

 

Both games I've been to, new names have been popping up, makes the squad number greater.

No doubt Ricky is a quaity young keeper, I think he needs to get a bit of experience, he can look a little nervous and a couple of times he has snatched at a clearance or flapped at a cross.

 

If he can keep his place for 1/2 dozen games, I think he will gain some confidence and will be quality.

Reade should be snapped up then, he seemed to do the basics right and he kept the team ticking over.

give ricky a chance, were only 2 games in 2 preseason, and without a goalkeeper coach it will be hard for him or glen to be at there best already let him get a few games under his belt then start to judge. he cant be that bad to have england caps now can he!

Would definitely add Bourne and Reed to the squad. Think Charlie Parker will stay at the club and play for the reserves. He's only 17/18 so has huge potential.
