Yes that could have some truth in it Alex. However we do the same,but yes,on the whole cheering the team is more noticable.

Regarding the Reds lack of support, it's worth us Margate fans remembering that our current level of support did not happen overnight! It wasn't instant in the CK reign, it wasn't until we had our DM Premier winning side (and then not until the last few months of the season) that we got the regular 500+ attendances. Though the Rams have had 2 succesive promotions they're still a few years away from that point.

 

I'd agree we should stop bickering on one anothers forums (just try a bit of friendly banter) .. it'd also help if FF! changed his signature to something like 'DEC 26th - WE'LL SEE WHO'S REALLY BEST!' Doing such would be a great gesture of ceasefire.

To make a point Ramsgate were actually never discussed on this forum until a few of them started with their delusions of grandeur after a season or two of relative success. Anyway banter with rivals ( or banter with ONE person in this case) is part and parcel of what happens in football along with anti-songs. If anyone wants to cry about this then that's their problem.

Fully agree WB. FF, LeedsClive, Tin Hat etc.. started giving it large and we're not meant to retort. Anyway it's a bit of FUN. Certain people need to remember football is meant to be fun.
