a decent run-out for us..i think we get more benefit from playing games like this rather than against a third string famous xi. pleasing that nathan and joe have already hit the net and we seemed to get better the longer the game went on.

 

personally i'm a bit surprised we stick a left footed triallist on the right wing. i would have thought with good headers like nathan and joe and players like leon making late runs if there is a need for an additional midfield player (which personally i don't think there is) on that side it's one who is right footed and will get to the by-line and deliver.

 

A good start for the lads, great to get back into the swing of things except for the bloody mozzies!!!grrr!!
