I take it the intended build up of the terrace down the far end has been permanently cancelled.Aborted so to speak! Could you enlighten us Blueblood please. Is it a no-go?

[color:"blue"]Was talk of it at MISA AGM .. a certain Councilor interpreted it as building a new terrace without planning consent. Club decided to abandon project so as to avoid a dispute with TDC.
