one option would be to start up threads on each Club not currently represented such as 'the mighty' Brimsdown Rovers and Cockfosters to pluck two names out of the air and post match reports and other information of interest.

I'll go to Cockfosters' own web site for info on them and, as you know, most people at Brimsdown don't have e-mails, let alone internet access.

How about restricting yourself to sensible posts? Doing otherwise only seems to be achieving the exact opposite of what you want, not to mention driving away a couple of established favourite posters on here.
Well I was perfectly serious and I will happily put in all the work in creating the new threads and posting the information, in theory every Club in the SSML Premier Division, Division 1 and Division 2 should be represented on here, other than perhaps 'the mighty' Brimsdown Rovers as you say, and it is most disappointing that they're not. It would be interesting to know which ones are cowardly hiding behind their computer screens 'as we speak', there seems little point in doing that.

I'm quite frankly getting bored with your desperate attention seeking Rhodes. I think you need some form of help, is that KTFC club trick cyclist still available...I suggest a long course of therapy for you to cure your need to be the centre of attention.

Lato - I'm sorry you feel that way but you've got the wrong end of the stick entirely, you of all people should know I'm no attention seeker as we go back a long way to my days at a certain place in N17. If however the general concensus is that you and the other members would like me to take a back seat and disappear from view for a while then I'm more than happy to do so even if I don't really see why I should, maybe your chums Manorborn and Horace would then consider returning, prodigal son like, and you can all banter away happily to your little hearts content.

Lato - Thanks for that, maybe my enthusiasm does get the better of me at times however that admission doesn't mean I don't believe in the things I say such as Clement Temile for example and how lucky we (Kentish Town) are, as a Step 6 SSML Division 1 Club to have a man of that cal-ibre onboard, anyone can see that he could and should be Coaching at a much higher level.

As someone who claims to be a Haringey supporter, why do you continually refer to it as "a certain place in N17"?
Potters Bar Town - No particular reason really other than the fact that if 'Sugar' tried to take me to Court, as he has threatened to do previously, he wouldn't have a leg to stand on as I could say I was referring to the New River Sports Centre or Bill Nicholson Way. I know that John Bacon still religiously monitors the Forum and reports back to 'Sugar' almost hourly on all my posts.

Hair - I'm not so sure I agree with you about Manorborn, Lato and Spidermanor as I find their sense of humour a little strange or non existant would be a better description, I think a box of matchsticks would be the order of the day if spending a whole evening in their company even with the alcohol flowing. Did you see my post on another thread (I can't remember which one) asking why you told Lato and Potters Bar Town we weren't aquainted, don't you remember how impressed you were at my report when you officiated at the Haringey v Broxbourne game in August 2004, you had a game of Jack Taylor proportions and I described it as such.

Rhodes - I didn't say we weren't acquainted - but it took me a brief moment to put a face to the name. I do recall the Haringey v Broxbourne game from August 2004 and the Jack Taylor comment too!

The humour from Manorborn, Lato and Spidermanor is always one of the many positives of a trip to Ruislip Manor!

Anyway, why has Manorborn departed?

Hair - Welcome back, where have you been hiding. Have you done any games recently as I gather you have been out injured.

Hair be nice to us on Dec 23rd and i'll repay the favour.

Potters Bar Town are naff - and play rough. We play in Yellow (please remember that) so yellow cards clash and red well we dont like them at all.

Be nice to us and I'll be nice to you.

Back from injury - thanks for the concern!

Yes, Potters Bar v Canvey Island 2 days before Christmas. I'm looking forward to it very much. I was at Canvey last season for their Trophy game with Kingstonian. I recall one of the strikers swallowed his tongue that day at the same time as scoring a goal.

And of course, I've been to Potters Bar a few times in the past, so it will be nice to see old friends on both sides though I know things have changed at both clubs, more dramatically at Canvey obviously.

PS PBT - you're nearly right, but not quite!!

I recall...first game of the season at PB versus??? 1-0 I think you lost.

Hair - Hopefully you can stay around a bit for the proposed Chrisrmas party that hopefully Potters Bar Town is arranging 'as we speak' in their Club house, were you aware of this. We're at Hoddesdon Town that day but I think I can get over there for about 6.30 when things should start livening up despite Paula being a party pooper. You'll be able to let your hair down and we can discuss that famous Haringey Borough v Broxbourne game from 2004.
