According to the Braintree Town message board our transfer fee for Gavin Cowan was 'an excess of £7000'. Plus what ever we payed for Ollie Berquez too. In return they gave us a 'fee' for Paul Cobb.

BARGAIN!!! As David Dickinson would say, "Cheap as Chips!" Gavin is by far the BEST defender I have seen in a Yellow shirst, and I would have paid 5 figures for a player of his quality. Good business Jeff ;-)
