It is disappointing that we are playing Enfield on Bank Holiday Monday as we would get a bigger crowd at Christmas/New Year.

9th September should be a good sail to Heybridge Basin/Witham.

And also 31st October should be good to Great Wakering. Wont have to go out to sea for that one.

Thank you for the full fixture list. Are there any fixtures which might have to be moved to another date because of cup matches?

Let’s hope so CG. I want to see the four W’s fixtures changed due to our commitments in the FA Cup! Wivenhoe Town (FA Cup 4th Qualifying round), Waltham Forest (FA Cup 1), Wingate and Finchley (FA Cup 2) and Waltham Abbey (FA Cup 3)!

If we do well in the Trophy, we’ll also have to change the date of the away fixture at AFC Urchins.

We really need a good cup run this year.

You need to get some sense of normality!!

I reckon that is about right. Although some may be on holiday, it is the first game of the season and you will bring a few I am sure. Both sides should be fancied for promotion so it will be a big game.

Ok Mr H, I know it's not likely we'll get as far as the 4th Qualifying Round but we we're unlucky not to beat St Albans City last season (Before the replay) and they're in the Conference now!

I'm just glad theat we are at home that day so that I can get to Rye House that night for the speedway, so I dont care who we are playing as we have to play them all at some time!

Pity the following Saturday is at Tilbury as I will have to rush to the Speedway that night but at least I can now plan my weekends again.
