Exactly. We've estimated, between us, that we'll get somewhere between 200-800 for our average home game. How the hell can we judge what we'll take to Hornchurch? Wait for our first few home games to go and we'll let you know.

I'd imagine there'll be some that will stop coming. The thing is, the club has never really promoted itself properly, if at all. If we get that right, we should be looking at healthy figures, regardless of what league we're playing in. I'd love us to get 800 through the gates, but I can't see it being over 500, which is obviously still decent for this level.

i think we found the same last season,while our gates were very good around 400 average,you see a few grays fans at upminster station on saturdays and we never used to see any until they went up,and you recognise some from over hornchurch the last few seasons.turncoats

Yeah. Southend being promoted won't help us in the slightest. To be a bit of an dick, we need them to have a crap season and us to do really well. But even then, they'll still have the big teams.

i think the fact that hornchurch and canvey are in the same league will help both clubs as i would expect both to bring down at least 2-300 each to the respective away games

also enfield and sudbury have good followings
