When all the dust has settled i think it's important that the harding era is remembered as one of the most successful periods in the clubs history.<p>Two championship challenges, an fa trophy semi-final appearance and a wonderful evening when we won the herts senior cup.<p>anyway, good luck to the new bloke, and i still think St Albans can win the league this season.

when all is said and done, (ex) fat controller, Duchess, Harding, your time at the club will without question be remembered as the bleakest in its history, characterised by the constant lying of the board and in particular the fat man in charge, the constant administrative **** -ups, the reduction of the club to laughing stock material, the betrayal by you of club members who had supported the club for years, the betrayal by you of players and managers who had performed miracles for the club, and above all your incredible arrogance in the face of it all.

You have tried and failed to destroy our club and the one thing I can say for sure is that for all the above reasons you will certainly not be forgotten.

what I have enjoyed over the last few weeks of your 'reign' has been the utter discreditation of you and your time at the club that has been published in various media outlets, often by the very people you betrayed the most.

You are a menace to our national sport Mr. Harding, and the publicity you have generated for yourself will hopefully go a long way to making sure that you never, ever gain any kind of administrative foothold at any level of the game in the future.

"Judge me by my actions" was your mantra. You stand judged, discredited, humiliated and above all guilty on all counts.

So, goodbye, don't come back, and good riddance.

For a Somersett Ambury V & E man, Freebird, you seem to spend a lot of time winding people up and generally making mischief on other clubs' message boards, especially Enfield F.C. Frankly, Rob, we have more than enough on our plate at the moment and can do without it. Of course if you would like to put something constructive on our board, it would be most welcome. <p>
