i take it thats boylan & apparntly on weymouths site they say he is likely to link with Jeff king as it says

Boylan will more than likely join a Conference club - that rules out Chelmsford.

 

I can hear Stevenage and Grays beckoning...

Be a tragedy if Lee was to drop down into the Ryman with Chelmsford as his talents deserve a far bigger showcase than that level of football.

 

Lee is more than capable of (and should be) playing at least Football League One or Two level and I am amazed that a club has not snapped him up yet.

 

I personally think he is a far better player than Freddie Eastwood and Eastwood will be playing Championship Football this coming season.

And that Eastwood doesn't get injured constantly, so he's a more appealing prospect.

Don't get me wrong, Boylan is one of my favourite players, but I'm not sure he would stand out if he were to play in League One. League Two definately. But we'll never know for sure unless he makes the move to a league club.

There's no point comparing the two, it would be like comparing Ronaldo to Thierry Henry. Both score goals but are completely different players. I for one dont give two hoots about Eastwood whereas i do Boylan.

 

I honestly dont know why he hasn't been let go yet. Its obvious he wont be playing for us this year so the club should let him go and let the guy ply his trade wherever he wants. Good luck to him <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/bow.gif" alt="" />

No two players are the same, whatever anybody reckons.

 

I seriously think Boylan could do a job at a League 1 club. whether he'll get the chance this year is yet to be seen as he could be turning out for us which i dont think would be the best for anyone.

Forget international football? Ronaldo has a World Cup winners medal, is the leading goalscorer of all time in World Cups and has won the Champions League. Henry is a great player for Arsenal but has he ever truly cut it at international level? His club form is superb and he is indeed a wonderful player for Arsenal but for achievements in the game it has to be Ronaldo.
