hello all, just like to say ive been reading this forum for a while, The only Canvey one i have at the moment and i thought id post, Well i support liverpool and go to a few games a season but not having a season ticket, Its hard to get most games. A few mates of mine started supporting Canvey a while ago aswell as sheff utd, and ive also gone the same way <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />. The players canvey had were in my eyes brilliant, Personally my fave was Conroy and Boylan, but all things have changed since the Relagations etc.

 

I Was also wondering, i went to York away last season and enjoyed it all, Got a few funny looks when i spoke though with the Yorkshire accent. So ill be paying a view more visits down to Canvey Next season. Goodbye

I live in Sheffield too due to being a student here but am from Essex and have supported Canvey for 13 years now.

Hello, No i didnt go the away match a few seasons ago, The reason we all started supporting Canvey Was because most of us support Lfc and sheff U etc, but theres always IMO more excitment and action in Non League football, but not much of it on the tele <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

 

Eccleshall Road yeh, the resturant Yankees i visit frequently Lol, Going to a tennis club around there aswell soon, but im from Near Firth park if you know where that is, The side of the city where medowhall is.

Sounds like a good idea. Cant always get down though due to work and having no money. But if we organise a website or something, then that would be interesting having a northrn branch of Canvey supporters.
