Our second GATE CHAT programme available exclusively via the Margate official club web-site is on air now. We have a variety of music to start the show, then two interviews with fans – tune in to find out who and what they have to say. BBC Radio Kent’s Mike Green gives his assessment of what the coming season potentially has in store for Kent clubs with a focus on the Ryman Premier League and Robin Trott gives his reaction to Saturday’s pre-season friendly with Millwall - hear the full interview.

Use this link: http://stream.margate-fc.com and select your preferred media player to “listen live” on Monday evening

If you would like to take part by being interviewed for a future GATE CHAT programme then why not PM me or e.mail me at the club.

As ever, feel fee to post comments etc under this post.

[color:"blue"]I'm not sure Greeny got it right about Ramsgate & Tonbridge in his round-up.

Thinking back to this time last season when we thought we were a Conference South side who were 'robbed' by off-pitch occurrences of the previous two seasons. We thought we'd p!$$ the League, but the Ryman is a tough nut to crack.

AFC also came to the League on the back of two promotions (fuelled by some big money signings)& they struggled to finish in the playoffs. Ramsgate & Tonbridge have not got the resources & strength in depth and will struggle much like we did last season.

Nice to hear him give a bit of praise to the younger players?

Wonder if the 'Saturday Four' seen as the pick of the younger players, and they will be consistently seen in the other friendlies, or whether ther younger players are there on a rotation system

[color:"blue"]I really think we've got it right taking on Robin as the Boss. As last season progressed I got the impression that Chris had just got overwhelmed by the occurrences of the term & that of the Conference South season, and had all but surrendered the Managers post.

Robin has taken the task by the scruff of the neck & re-injected the spirit that saw us triumph in the successful Kinnear years. His no nonsence approach is just what we need.

Thanks for your feedback both here and by PM. Don't forget I ineterested in waht you'd like to hear. And I'd love to get the views of more fans. I have already spoken to another couple but once the season gets underway, I'd like to do more. Contact me through the usual channels if you'd like to take part.

"Listen Again" versions of the interviews should be available shortly.

Thanks for listening.
