For what reason do the pre-season friendlies seem to have a "B" theme this year?

 

There are the following four:

Barnet (home), Wednesday 19th July, k.o. 7.45pm

Braintree Town (away), Tuesday 1st August, k.o. 7.45pm

Bedford Town (home), Saturday 5th August, k.o. 3.00pm

Boreham Wood (away), Tuesday 8th August, k.o. 7.45pm

 

and then there is:

Haringey Borough (away), Saturday 12th August, k.o. 3.00pm.

 

In the first fixture, Tottenham Hotspur XI (home), on Friday 14th July, k.o. 7.45pm will presumably be sending a B-team.

 

This leaves me wondering what the B connection with East Thurrock United (away), Saturday 22 July, k.o. 3.00pm is.

Didn't we sign Bonniek Forbes from them last season.Maybe a friendly was part of the transfer deal.
