Most players cant read though ! Except Oners, WW, NB and NF.

Some refs as well, judging by some of them I saw in the occasional CoCo League game last season

The decsion was made at the AGM - until then it was only a proposal. Frimley (and others eg Feltham?) should have until Wednesday evening to lodge their appeal
