Apologies if I have missed something but is there any news on any home pre-season matches?

Yes, I was thinking more of the home fixtures....maybe on the 29th July or on the 5th or 8th August.

 

There was a rumour? about playing Chelmsford on the 5th but I haven't seen any confirmation of this and I believe there was something in the distorter to the effect that away matches would be against 'lower' opposition and the home matches against opposition from higher leagues.

 

Last years match against Charlton reserves was an entertaining night and as they will be playing at Stonebridge road this season and there was talk of closer links between the two clubs a repeat fixture would be nice.

Wouldn't be surprised if the club are waiting on how the plough end stand is progressing before organising too many home friendlies. From the lack of info about it's progress most fans can assume that the club don't know when it's gonna be ready, no?
