Has anything been annouced about sponsorship for the club yet, for the next up and coming season???

Or has it been announced and I have just missed it?

If we have yet to obtain a sponsor, then I suspect the club will not sell a lot of the new shirts until they do.

As supporters are not going to pay out twice for the same shirt.

I would rather buy a shirt without the sponsors name on it !!

 

My Sheff Wed Chuppa Chups shirts haven't seen much daylight !!

im getting a little bit nervy on this topic, think this time last year, yes we had a sponser but i think i was just about to pick up my new shirt.

 

with our 1st pre-season match next saturday i can see it being just a fleet shirt with the design that was shown at the last game of the season.

 

im am just glad the season is just round the corner, need a pickme up after the world cup and with more players set to sign in the next couple of weeks THE ONLY WAY IS UP!!

I dont think the club would sell shirts with no sponsor name on. The whole idea of sponsorship is so that the public see the name on the shirts. Nobody would sponsor us if they knew that half the shirts had already been sold without their name on it.

I think the sponsors will be more worried about the shirts the players wear, which will get their name on tv and in the papers etc rather than those worn by supporters.

Although any burglar breaking into my wardrobe will be getting the hard sell from GLS, Gravesend Reporter, Mr Ham Man etc etc.
