when will the season start

last season we started on the 13th august. so this year i guess it is either going to be then 12th or 19th.

 

fixtures must be out soon.

 

concord and brentwood are favourites.

 

burnham and barkingside shouldnt be written off.

 

coach et 64 doing great job at hullbridge, could they?

 

no-one will mention sawbo but they are the only side who have consistency of players and form......they will do it soon enough i think.

 

4 new teams who we know nothing about including barking fc who have apparently kept alot of their squad from last season who reached play-offs at step 4.

 

Romford will always be tough as they are the 'supported' team.

 

This is such a great time in the season. the anticipation of what is going to happen. thats why we love it so much i guess.

I think it could be quite open this year mate with say 4/5 teams in it from the start.

 

The key is to get a good run going and hope for the best.

one up only this year so someone spending dosh will miss out. Burnham, Barkingside and Sawbo always fade towards the end. Concord seem to be getting all the rejects from other clubs so I predict Barking FC, Eton Manor, Barkingside, APSA (dont write them off they get better each year)Bowers watch this space.

I love optimism but 2nd place!!!!

 

I'd settle for top 6 as it would be progress.

 

But we do have the ability and potential to beat anyone but our consistency is poor and thats what lets us down.

If Barking have kept most of last seasons squad I fancy them to fight It out with Brentwood. With Concord, Burnham and Sawbo leading the chasing pack/ As for Romford after last season i will be happy with a top half finish.
