On a more serious note, it does seem that LD has limited his squad "full of young hungry players" to a handful - all credit to him for that.

Perhaps he realised that a very youthful, inexperienced but fit and eager team simply would not survive for long in the Conference.

 

I wonder what really did change the policy to have a few more crusty veterans in the side such as Quinn Opinel and Hawkins?

We still have some gaps to fill in the squad, but I am certainly a bit more optomistic about next season than I was a while ago.
