ETFC Rule/Constitution/Society

Can anybody tell me where I can obtain the rules of the club/society at all, please?

Join the Society and ask the society secretary via the club address.

Would it not be open season then? I think I am correct in saying that members have the right to view the rules.

send a request via the contact link on www.etfc.co.uk and it will get fwd to the right people to deal with, but as it is the holiday period it may take some time, cheers

Go on the Hendon FC supporters' society website. They have one which is very similar.

Thanks for the info. I am a member and have been since the formation of the club. However, some issues have been raised which could I believe be in breach of the rules, so there is a need to check this out.

To be more precise, an issue has been raised, that needs to be checked with regard to the rules of what I believe to be the case - a Provident Society.

You know what I meant. They have a site which contains the articles and memoranda of their society which is very similar to loads of others, even our's!

As an ETFCSS member, I'm sure a copy of our rules would be provided for you if you contact the Society Secretary. In the meantime, you may care to look at the Supporters Direct website which contains a prototype set of rules, on which trusts, such as ETFCSS, base their own sets.

Why not have a password protect site on the homepage for all society members which holds the rules and minutes of board meetings? There are other societies who post their minutes on sites so I am sure ETFC could do the same.

good point well made, but as you know this is an unoffical site, and such a good suggestion should be addressed to the club

Check the club details for contact address, phone number, email address or even speak to someone at a game I would guess but I could be wrong!!!!!!
