I am over 13 and not, therefore an afficionado of computer games in general or this one in particular, but it is my understanding that the details of each club are presented in one of two different ways. Either there is a brief outline in the form that this pikey has now produced with your assistance Rob, or there is a detailed summary of each player and official, playing history, former clubs, d.o.b, that kind of trivia which adds to the thing for those who play the game, presumably.

 

I gather that for the past 5 seasons, The Mighty Saints have won the Bill Gates Award for the best presented line-up at the Annual Computer Games Festival in Las Vegas. Not this year, I guess.

I see your reference to the "very profitable little venture for the club", by the way. Have a word with someone on the Supporters Club Committee, Rob. Check the Supporters Club's source of the games, the price paid by the people who supplied the games to the Supporters Club shop, the losses they incurred, the initial price charged by the Supporters Club, and the various 'final' special pre-Christmas, special January, pre-Easter, post Easter, end-of-season, final stock-clearance, special, never-to-be-repeated, end of line prices that the Supporters Club shop charged. Then we can have a discussion about the level of profitability - or otherwise - to the club of this 'venture'

 

And by the way. One final point to bear in mind, please. You brought up the "very profitable little venture" stuff, I didn't.

Oh yes we are - 8th in League 2.

 

Think you have to display the league tables first, then go into play. Competition is closed at the mo but opens again on Monday.
