What do you reckon on that then. Excitement or what.I backed Portugal but still wanted extra-time.

We've got our work cut out against them,even taking into account their suspensions. Another dire performance from England today. We got through yes, but we are now going into a different league with class players. Maybe our "peak" hasnt arrived yet.9how many times have we heard that).Maybe playing these better sides will bring out the best in English football.Something tells me though that somehow that wont happen but we live in hope.All England players dont look happy. Get Trotty out there to give them back the "smiles on their faces" again.

agree with u mate we look poor i cant understand playing our best player(rooney)all on his own where hw cant show his full range of skills.as for holland match what a terrible referee.exiting stuff yes but it could have been even better.we have a far better chance against portugal than we wold have against holland.

I thought our second half performance was a decent performance and worthy of a win. Remember we had the heat to compete with so we could go out firing on all cylinders. The Portugal was exciting but in some ways a disgrace as it ruined what was turning into a great match.
