I'm embarrassed by this board this week, CANV. It's like a morgue.

 

Big weekend - can't say too much as it involves a surprise for my wife on Friday night, and I know she sometimes comes on here.

 

Saturday, away at Ford Utd. You been there yet this season??

 

Sunday, playing for EFM in the morning (if selected!) and afternoon in the pub watching whatever the SKY game is.

 

In conclusion, a mixed weekend.

Friday is the [censored] massive EFM xmas do in London, I swear about 40 people are going, it was messy and an event last year, this year it'll be worse. One noticable absentee is Mr CZ who has arranged a surpise for his wife (surprise means she doesn't know - surprise her another day) although we hope he can join us after midnight (although no-one seriously thinks he will)

 

Saturday - A v Ford then Jims Super Steroworld in Welwyn Garden City followed possibly by a night of drug taking at a club until 6am.

 

Sunday - depending on come down might try out for EFM FC for the first time this season, then nightshift.

 

Do I win???

to bloody right.. always one to cut my cloth accordingly..

so now the f.a cup is out the way... the essex senior cup has slipped from our grasp and the league depends on the shots doing a usual post xmas special and us going on a 23 game unbeaten run with only 1 draw... the trophy and bryco spring to the fore

I don't think the League Cup gets the kind of respect it deserves to be honest. Of all the Cup competitions, only the FA Cup and Trophy are bigger, and let's face it, we ain't gonna win the FA Cup!!

 

(And before someone mentions that I give it no respect because I wasn't there last night, it was the first League Cup match I've missed since Sutton Utd away in 1998) <img src="/forums/images/icons/frown.gif" alt="" />
