Reverse Logic Works For The "Mighty" Chelmsford City

On the Soapbox, they're using reverse logic to look on the bright side of the non signing of ex Canvey and Conference players...

 

Basically it works like this. The club will have a quality side as they are being turned down by Conference players... This is obviously a better situation than in previous seasons when the club went out to sign "pub" players (the description is theirs, not mine) and got 'em.

 

No mention of the report on the Ryman forum that they will be signing a couple of Canvey reservists...

 

...er, works for me....I think.

Yep Tim--echoes what I said when it was confirmed that we had tried to sign Boylan--a few years back we were trying to sign pub players.(and succeeded)
