Dear members

 

The closing date of 14th June has come for nominations to the board.. 4 places were upfor

election on 12th July 2006...

 

3 board members have re applied and I have received one application for a vacant place.

 

So no elections will be required.... all 4 applicants will be ratified at the AGM by the supporters share holders...

Cant explain why you did not get your letter ?

 

Dominic posted these at the end of May , along with renewal forms for the trust...

 

I have had loads of returns.... really sorry you did not get your letter yet....

 

Did Gary get his ?

 

I left a message on Garys phone last night for you to call me ?

 

The closing day was 14th June and I stood down the independant election office (from Dulwich) as an election was not needed ...

 

Please call me....today 16th June ....lets see if we can sort it.....

Gary , You both have labels for your individual membership and should have both had seperate letters...apologies to Emma has not received hers yet...don't know why.....all posted at the same time !

 

If we combine the letters for people at the same address we put both labels on the envelope ? and inside should have been 2 lots of paperwork ? but this was all done seperatly this time...so who knows what has happened ??

 

Even Staines Rebel was sent copies which he acknowledge received....

 

One of life mysteries....

Marcus you tart ..we spoke about this at the election ! and also I spoke to about delivery you award to you and mentioned to you about standing...on the board you did mention it then !!!
